Welcome to the Online
Story-powered Leadership Resource Centre

These resources accompany the Story-Powered Leadership workshop.

Back in 2009, we coined the term ‘anti-story’ after bumping into some major barriers to acceptance of an organisation’s new strategy. We were told there was nothing that could change these entrenched views, but we made great progress by treating them as stories and combatting them using stories. We’ve written extensively on the topic since then.

Here are some additional resources around behaviour change, anti-stories, and the role of stories in overcoming entrenched views. These links contain a range of examples that illustrate the issues which might be of use to you.
