The clarity story pattern is a versatile story technique that can be used to communicate strategies, change initiatives, or even to answer questions on the fly. It ensures you address the ‘why’ of things… the part that provides meaning and inspiration.

Simon Sinek ‘start with why’
This 18-minute TEDx talk from 2009 has been a YouTube hit. Sinek explains that everything comes from the ‘why’ but the majority either don’t know their ‘why’ or simply overlook communicating it. Here he launches ‘People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it’.
