Building a collaborative workplace with stories
Here’s my presentation (with audio) that I delivered to the Victorian Public Sector Continuous Improvement Network (VPSCIN) yesterday.
I’m still trying to work out how to sync the audio with each slide. The Slideshare slidecast tool failed me so any help would be greatly appreciated. The main problem was that the blue beginning and end markers didn’t appear when I selected a slide.

Hi Shawn,
Was interested in hearing and seeing this presentation. Unfortunately it does not seem to work quiet well. The slides are not progressing with the sound and when you want to change them manually you lost the sound and can only start at the beginning.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Daan
Thanks Daan. Yes, I was having some problems with the audio sync so I have removed the audio for the time being and will have another go at adding and synching. Thanks for letting me know.
Could really have done without the undies photo 😉

Shawn you really are an inspiration! What a great presentation…I loved it. It really did strke a cord in me and, well….I suppose it was a great story for me!! I wrestle every day with encouraging and facilitating collaboration and your presentation re-confirmed a lot, but also gave wonderful practical advice. Thank you very much.
Thanks Rob. I appreciate your words of support.
