Another little thing….
One of the things we talk about a lot is the power of ‘little things’ to make a difference in a complex environment. I saw the sign in the photo on the counter of a cafe earlier this week. If you can’t read it, the poem goes like this
Smiling is infectious, you catch it like the flu
When someone smiled at me today I started smiling too;
I passed around the corner, and someone saw my grin;
When he smiled I realised I’d passed it on to him;
I thought about that smile, then I realised its worth;
A single smile, just like mine, could pass around the earth;
So if you feel a smile begin, don’t leave it undetected;
Lets start an epidemic quick, and get the world infected
