Advanced dotmocracy

Jason Diceman just made a comment on the dotmocracy post pointing us to the Advanced Dotmocracy approach. There is even a comparison of both techniques on his website. Looks very well described and supported with handouts. I’ll have to give it a go to see how it works.

  2. Yes, we use the approach, with variations, quite often. One variation involves using three sizes of post-it note and asking the voters to write the number of the issue on the post-it with priority ones on the largest etc. Then everyone puts their post-its on the wall and you get an instant picture of everyone’s preferences without influencing each other decision.
